Cody Walsh - A Story of Hope
When Steve and Gayle Walsh learned their 13-year-old son, Cody, was diagnosed with anorexia, they turned to EDCT for help. Soon after, they began attending the Families Supporting Families meetings in Nashville. This is Cody's story -- a story of hope.
Meeting Schedule
Families Supporting Families (FSF) was started by Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee as a free support group created by families, for families. The groups are for parents, siblings, and friends who have a loved one battling an eating disorder.
Chattanooga FSF
When: 4th Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.

When: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays from 7:00-8:00 p.m. (starting Oct 2, 2012)
Where: Moonpointe, A Focus Treatment Centers Intensive Outpatient Program for Eating Disorders, 2210 Sutherland Ave, Ste 108, Knoxville, TN (Cherokee Mills Center - enter bldg. by the "2210" sign and proceed to the first door on left)

Memphis-area FSF
After eight dedicated years of volunteer service, Dr. Gina Prigoff and parents Terri and Paul Burson have retired from facilitating this group. EDCT enthusiastically thanks them for their efforts. If you are interested in facilitating a group in the Memphis area, email Courtney.
